Working Days: Monday - Sunday (One day off per week)

Responsibilities

Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair office machines, computers, and network equipment efficiently and effectively.

Network Installation: Install, configure, and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.

On-Site Support: Travel to client locations as needed to perform repairs and maintenance on-site.
- Additional Equipment Repair: Repair other types of equipment beyond the listed items as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance performed.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
